Reading the signs isn’t possible for a person who has already decided what the signs will be!
Introduction to Chapter 41:
ONE THING THAT SEEMS TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND JESUS’ TEACHING ABOUT THE END IS THE TENDENCY TO CONFUSE AND OVERLAP THE ACTIONS OF THE GREAT HARLOT AND THOSE OF THE TEN ANTICHRIST NATIONS. These entities are the two primary players in moving us to the end times but they both have very different, yet significant roles. If we confuse or overlap their roles in history we will not only complicate the signs of the end, we will make it so overwhelming that it is easier for people to simply ignore what is happening.
