Admitting the evil doesn’t make it worse, but it does make us capable of taking intelligent action!

Introduction to Chapter 33:

I REALIZE AT THIS POINT THINGS MIGHT SEEM COMPLETELY NEGATIVE AND OVERWHELMING. Part of what causes the feeling of hopelessness is when we see how others have so miserably failed. But there is also the tendency to see the problem as being so massive we can do nothing about it. That is true if you want to change the World’s System or if you think changing government will make any long-lasting difference. In other words, if you think you can change the system you are thinking from the world’s perspective and the task is impossible.
